Emmit 2008-Eastern Mediterranean International Travel & Tourism Exhibition in Istanbul,Turkey

Getting bigger every single day through the increasing interest of tourism professionals, sector employees and holiday makers, the EMITT Fair (Eastern Mediterranean Tourism and Travel Fair) is to going be held in Istanbul in TÜYAP Beylikdüzü Fair and Congress Centre between 14-17 February 2008.

Thessaloniki's hotel El Greco representatives participate in this one important and significant exhibition in order to obtain information about a plethora of innovative things in its field of activity, to introduce themselves to specialists and business partners and to expand its sale markets. 

The EMITT Fair, the 12th of which is to be held in cooperation of Ekin Exhibition TÜROFED (Turkish Federation of Hoteliers) with TYD (Turkish Association for Tourism Investors), has been met with an over-expected interest this year.  

The number of halls in TÜYAP Beylikdüzü, which were allocated for the EMITT fair, has been increased even more due to the interest. For the year 2008, 2 more halls were added for the EMITT fair, which was held in 5 halls last year, and the number of the halls was increased up to 7. As these halls were also filled, the halls numbered 8-9 and 10, which had been reserved, were also opened for sale. So, all the halls of TÜYAP (10 halls) are to be used for the EMITT 2008.  

 Breaking its own record with a growth of % 50 in 2007 compared to 2006, the EMITT has grown as much in 2008, too, compared to 2007 and has gone through an extraordinary development.
